SENATE BILL NO. 356 An Act relating to treatment under                         
legislative standards of conduct of campaign contributions to                  
legislators during a legislative session; and providing for an effective       
date was read the second time.                                                 
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.

Senator Mackie moved for the adoption of Title Amendment No. 1.                
Senator Duncan objected, then withdrew his objection. There being              
no further objections, Title Amendment No. 1 was adopted.
